I like simplifying complex health and financial workflows.
My background is rooted in applied systems thinking. I gravitate toward hard problems in high-stakes spaces. I find strict compliance rules, legacy code and heavy data governance exciting. Those constraints force us to build better software.
I specialize in owning the design-to-engineering pipeline. When we build the right foundational components we systematize a great user experience across the entire platform. Treating design as a core operational engine allows product and engineering teams to cut repetitive rework and focus entirely on solving real user problems.
Fractional Leadership & Advisory
Alongside permanent executive roles I take on select fractional contract work.
Sometimes scaling organizations just need an interim leader to step in to simplify their architecture or unblock engineering while they run a long executive search. I provide that immediate operational lift.

Moved the practice away from a traditional agency model and rewired the group to run like an in-house product team.
I grew the practice from 3 to over 20 practitioners across Toronto, New York, Boston, Costa Rica and the UK. We deployed custom AI agents to cut heuristic audit cycles from 45 hours down to 15 hours. By anchoring our culture in high-trust critiques we sustained a 100% new-hire retention rate in 2025.
Designed and scaled enterprise B2B SaaS insurance applications.
I built the core products including New Business, Inforce Calculation, Get a Quote, E-Application and the Life Insurance Needs Calculator. I established an underlying design system to support these products and marketing needs while validating complex calculation features through usability testing to eliminate friction before engineering build.
Partnered with engineering and product leaders to build the structural foundation of the UX team. I implemented structured competency matrices to upskill the creative discipline and elevate our output across multi-million dollar enterprise pitches.
Oversaw agile pods for Citibank functioning as an integrated extension of their internal team. We established a vibrant community of practice focused on career development while delivering work in a highly regulated banking environment.

- Climbing: Projecting complex routes on the wall and currently working through 5.10- climbs.
- Microclimates: Cultivating a balcony garden with everything from herbs to peppers and super dwarf apple trees.
- Fermentation: Baking fresh sourdough and brewing batches of homemade kombucha crafted to taste like cocktails.
- Press-on nails: Designing custom sets and sharing the creative process online.
